Ally is a  passionate clinical psychologist who began her career in adult mental health as a drug and alcohol worker at St Vincent’s Hospital, Darlinghurst. After  completing her studies at the University of Sydney she worked in private  practice and educational settings such as the University of Sydney. Ally has  been a guest lecturer at the Australian Catholic University and the Australian  College of Applied Psychology.

Ally is an Adjunct Lecturer at the School of Medicine Sydney Campus at the University of Notre Dame, and has been a guest lecturer at the Australian Catholic University and the Australian  College of Applied Psychology. Ally is a Member of the Australian Clinical Psychology Association and the Anxiety Practitioners Network.

In addition to the Doctor of Clinical Psychology, Ally has completed a Graduate Certificate in International and Community Development at Deakin University (2006) and a Graduate Certificate in Public Health and Communicable Diseases at the University of Technology (2020). Ally has also completed microcredentials in Cultural Competence – Aboriginal Sydney (University of Sydney, 2021) and in Design for Learning (University of Technology, 2022).
