Michelle is an experienced nursing educator with over 25 years of clinical experience. Prior to joining HETI in 2022, Michelle has been a full-time academic and held various leadership and governance roles at the Australian Catholic University (ACU). Her strengths include planning and implementing well-structured learning and teaching programs that are relevant, challenging, and purposeful to engage students and promote learning. As the Learning Pathways Manager, she is determined to lead the team of dedicated Cohort Convenors to continuously evaluate and improve the support afforded to the students. She is currently enrolled in PhD at the University of Newcastle.
