Nicole is responsible for operations, governance support, quality and continuous improvement for HETI Higher Education. Nicole is also responsible for the regulatory responsibilities, governance and operations for the NSW Health RTO.
Nicole has worked in various NSW Health roles during her career. Nicole commenced her career as an Exercise Physiologist providing exercise rehabilitation and education to cardiac patients before moving into Governance Support and Education Program Management and Governance roles. Nicole is passionate about supporting and providing quality education and training experiences to the healthcare workforce so that patients can receive the highest quality of care.
Nicole also holds BSB60420 Advanced Diploma of Leadership and Management, BSB50420 Diploma of Leadership and Management, BSB50920 Diploma of Quality Auditing, BSB50120 Diploma of Business, BSB50820 Diploma of Project Management and TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
