Dr. Glenn Larner is a senior clinical psychologist, family therapist, teacher and supervisor with over 30 years experience working with children, adolescents, adults, couples and families. He has an extensive background in systemic family therapy and utilises knowledge and skills in narrative therapy, psychodynamic therapy, cognitive-behavioural therapy and mindfulness approaches.
As described in his publications and recent Phd, Glenn has developed an approach to therapy that is integrative, collaborative and ethical. Working from an ethic of hospitality this recognises the therapist's responsibility to apply an approach that works best for a person, at the same time as giving priority to the therapeutic relationship and enhancing their own narrative and voice.
